YBC Admin accept no liability for any content, including but not limited to errors, untruths, omissions, inaccuracies, or for any actions resulting from any content submitted onto this web site by any member. All members are responsible for the content they submit, and any actions or activities which they carry out using this web site. YBC Admin may at it’s discretion remove, or block any content without notice.

 

Registration.
This portal is designed for business people in the UK only. Approval and termination of membership is purely at the discretion of YBC Admin. Membership and display of business information must not be taken to convey any licensing, accreditation or recommendation of credibility by YBC Admin. Any membership may be terminated without notice. By registering on this site you agree to abide by our code of conduct which may be amended without notice.

By using this web site, you agree to abide by the following code of conduct. Any breach of this conduct may result in an instant ban from the site, and further action being taken where necessary, including information being passed onto the relevant authorities as required by English Law.Terms of use include, but are not limited to;-

CBT administrators play no part in any trading relationship developed through this site, other than those which a YBC member may develop is his or her own trading capacity.

Email Mailing Lists.
This site offers subscription to a number of email mailing lists. These lists will not knowingly be transferred to any third party by YBC Admin. YBC Admin endeavors to keep email newsletters concise and targeted. By subscribing to a list, you agree to receive email from that list, even if on occasion you may consider the information contained to be not relevant to your business. You can un-subscribe from any list at any time in your user profile.

Advertising.
This web site provides various advertising opportunities. YBC Admin accept no liability for the content or accuracy of any advertisements placed on the web site, and may at it’s discretion remove, or block any Advertisement without notice.

Networking Events.
YBC Admin may organize physical networking events in various locations which carry an attendance charge. No guarantee whatsoever is provided by YBC Admin with regard to the content of these networking events, the number of people which may be in attendance, the location and premises or any activities carried out between members at these events. Health and Safety is the responsibility of the provider of the room used for the networking events. YBC Admin may cancel any event at any time if the circumstances prevail, in which case regeistered attendees will be offered either a refund, or entry at an alternative event organised by YBC Admin.
